Items have good quality and delivered in good condition.
Fast delivery and driver is very nice.
However, the management should improve their system with regards to actual availability of colors and sizes plus you have to improve your dispatch team. I had twice replacement request due to discrepancy of color in your system and in actual stocks.
If the dispatch team is really checking what is the concern and the order, this must be done correctly on the first transaction.
Still had a good transaction as this was addressed and assist via viber.
